Brittany has been training, instructing, and mentoring men, women and children for the past 14 years. She started out in Los Angeles as a back-up dancer struggling with an eating disorder. Eventually Brittany won the battle over food and fell in love with fitness instead. As her own health took precedence in her life, she then decided to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. She has worked with various gyms and well-known studios in the Los Angeles area which lead her to train some of the most high profile and talented people in entertainment. Brittany has worked with celebrities including Michelle Rodriguez, Jennifer Lopez, Gwenyth Paltrow, Alanis Morissette, Calista Flockhart, Alessandra Ambrosio and Kate Hudson.
For the past 5 years Brittany has ventured out on her own to strictly be a traveling in-home personal trainer. She now brings the high intensity, loud music, class energy and positive vibes to your personal home gym, living room or workplace.
Bringing all equipment necessary for your workout, she makes sure to give you a program catered to your own body. Whether it’s slimming down for a role on camera, building muscle for strength, or the most popular- expanding the size of your glutes, Brittany is prepared to give you exactly what your body needs!
Brittany combines light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, dance cardio, jumping rope and high intensity interval training into this regimen. This is designed for individuals who wish to keep a smaller shape but still have visible lean muscle.
Heavy weights, super sets and circuit training is combined for building strength and muscle. Boxing is sometimes implemented at the end of these sessions.
This is designed for women who want to enhance the size of their glutes while still keeping a lean and tight upper body. Brittany strength trains the lower body with heavy weighted leg and glute dominant exercises. The upper body stays lean by lifting 3-7 pounds, using core sliders and resistance bands.
Heat and humidity are used during workouts to accelerate sweating, increase heart rate, reduce puffiness and bloat. This helps the process of detoxification in the body and is used moderately.
